GINGERSNAP CRUST? 
I can't wait to try something with a gingersnap crust. Any suggestions as to what might taste good with it? Apple pie, perhaps?

What about peach cobbler? No, lemon bisque.

Lemon bisque? YES! Peach stuff would be good too. And chocolate. I think we'll just have to use gingerbread cookies more often. Bring it on!
