
Ah, Utah. Where else can you have a temple spire and a church steeple right in your backyard? As this picture illustrates, the LDS Draper temple is quite literally in the middle of a cookie-cutter-house neighborhood.

But if you're facing the temple, you'll forget everything behind you. All you will see is the Lord's house. And it's breathtaking.

Wow, I love the sealing room! Mom said the chandeliers were incredible...wish I could have seen it with you. :)
I wish you could have too. And Mom wasn't exaggerating-- the light fixtures were incredible! I could hardly look away from the sconces in the brides room.
Thank you so much for posting these pictures. I desperately miss having the Temple so close. This one is beautiful and it will run very much like the San Antonio Temple from what I have heard. Awesome!
